It was helpful to validate the concept and design of Viewfinder by launching a marketing page. After announcing Viewfinder via Twitter, hundreds of emails were collected in the first day.
To make Viewfinder an immersive experience, photos and maps are given priority. Maps are spanned full-screen and photos given edge-to-edge treatment, taking advantage of the large iPhone X display.
